Near to Angoul√™me, Charente: Claire & Nicolas’s very frenchy wedding

Claire et Nicolas’s wedding was the last wedding of my 2017 season, but certainly not the least, and I couldn’t dream of a better end. Nicolas and Claire are both Australians and their wedding, very french, took place in ¬ę¬†The Chestnut Tree-French Farmhouse¬†¬Ľ, in Amb√©rac, a little village close to Angoul√™me. It’s an absolute and exquisite venue, which you can rent if you fancy.

With their 30 guests, mostly all Australian, their wedding was warm, intimate, spiritual and full of love; a true concentration of simplicity and pure love. What a treat it was to capture!

From the first day we meet, I am always very attached to my couples and I cherish those relationships. I some weddings, it happens that some crazy and adorables guests catch my heart. But in Claire & Nicolas’s wedding, I just simply fell in love with the complete family! They were all so touching and funny that my heart didn’t even try to resist. It is fortunate that I deeply love my parents otherwise I think I would have asked them to adopt me.

Enough talking; it’s time to share a sample of their tasteful wedding and to let you dive into all this gentleness which characterizes Claire and Nicolas so well.
